Aster DM Healthcare, one of the leading healthcare providers, has announced that Dr Moopen’s Family has increased their stake in the company by 4 percent. The additional investment of Rs 460 crore has raised Dr Moopen’s stake in the company from 37.88 percent to 41.88 percent.

Aster DM Healthcare reported a 6 percent decline in net profit at Rs 139.4 crore for Q3FY23, compared to Rs 148 crore posted in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. However, the company’s revenue grew by 20.5 percent to Rs 3,192.1 crore in Q3FY23 against Rs 2,649.6 crore posted in the previous year.
