E Factor Experiences Limited, established in 2003, is an Indian event management company. We provide a wide range of services, including event experiences, event planning, multimedia light and sound installations, wedding management, and private event solutions.
Our portfolio includes organizing government tourism events, cultural light and sound shows, sports contests, conferences, mega concerts, televised events, weddings, and anniversary celebrations. We have offices in Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, and Odisha, with a dedicated team of 32 employees.
Some of our notable events include Eco Retreat in Odisha, DotFest in Bhubaneswar, Laser Shows, Fireworks at Deepotsav in Kashi, Balloon and Boat Races, and a Grand Musical Show highlighting the life and teachings of Baba Saheb Ambedkar.
We also have a subsidiary company called E-Factor Adventure Tourism Private Limited, which operates the experiential tourism brand “Sky Waltz.” Sky Waltz manages hot air ballooning and yachting activities across various locations in India, holding government approval as a commercial hot air balloon operator for the past 12 years.
Furthermore, E Factor Experiences Limited has acquired a 46.33% stake in Untamed Leisure and Hospitality Private Limited (formerly E Factor Leisure and Hospitality Private Limited), making it an associate company. This company specializes in event management, hospitality services, and related leisure and entertainment activities.
