IndiGo, a popular airline in India, has grown its fleet to 300 aircraft. Its fleet includes the Airbus A320 CEO and NEO, the A321 NEO, and the ATR 72-600. The A320 CEO has a seating capacity of 180, while the A320 NEO can seat either 180 or 186 passengers. The A321 has a capacity of 222 or 232 passengers, and the ATR 72-600 can seat 78 passengers.

“We are thrilled to reach this significant milestone of a 300-aircraft fleet,” said Pieter Elbers, CEO of IndiGo. “This expansion allows us to pursue our ambitions and meet the increasing travel demand by adding capacity on domestic and international routes. We are proud to offer affordable fares, punctual performance, and exceptional service on a wide network, and we will continue to deliver on these promises as we grow.”

“With the growth of the Indian aviation industry, our 300-aircraft fleet will be well-equipped to handle the increasing passenger volume,” Elbers said. “We are excited to be a part of the recovery and growth of the industry in 2023.”
