Kalpataru Projects International Secures ₹1,008 Crores Worth of New Orders
Kalpataru Projects International Limited, formerly known as Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, along with its international subsidiaries, has announced the acquisition of new orders valued at ₹1,008 crores.
The breakdown of the recently obtained orders is as follows:
- Transmission and Distribution (T&D) orders worth ₹635 crores in both domestic and overseas markets.
- Civil construction projects for buildings in India, amounting to ₹373 crores.
Consolidating the company’s overall performance, the total order inflows for Q1 FY24 have reached ₹5,122 crores.
Manish Mohnot, Managing Director and CEO of KPIL, expressed satisfaction with the continuous influx of new orders, particularly in the fields of Buildings and Factories (B&F) and international T&D business. He highlighted the consistent growth in the domestic civil construction sector and emphasized the promising prospects in the international T&D industry. Furthermore, he emphasized the company’s solid business outlook, with a strong L1 position valued at ₹5,500+ crores, instilling confidence in achieving the target order inflows of ₹26,000+ crores for FY24.
Shares of Kalpataru Projects International Limited were traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), closing at Rs. 537.90, a rise from the previous closing price of Rs. 523.70. Throughout the trading day, a total of 9,084 shares were exchanged through 804 trades.
