Reliance Jio Rolls Out True 5G Services in 20 New Cities Across India
Reliance Jio, India’s leading telecommunications company, has launched its True 5G services in 20 new cities across the country. The cities include Bongaigaon, North Lakhimpur, Sivasagar, Tinsukia (Assam), Bhagalpur, Katihar (Bihar), Mormugao (Goa), Diu (Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu), Gandhidham (Gujarat), Bokaro Steel City, Deoghar, Hazaribag (Jharkhand), Raichur (Karnataka), Satna (Madhya Pradesh), Chandrapur, Ichalkaranji (Maharashtra), Thoubal (Manipur), and Faizabad, Firozabad, Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh), bringing the total number of cities with Jio True 5G to 277.
With this rollout, Jio has become the first and only operator to launch 5G services in the majority of these cities, giving Jio users in these areas access to unlimited data at up to 1 Gbps+ speeds, at no extra cost. The Jio Welcome Offer, available from today, invites users to experience the transformational benefits of Jio True 5G.
