Zee Entertainment:

A petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code by the Indian Performing Right Society, an Operational Creditor, before NCLT for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against the Company


Birlasoft inform you that Mr. Chandrasekar Thyagarajan Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has tendered his resignation vide letter dated January 2, 2023, due to personal reasons and he will be relieved from his duties effective end of business hours of February 2, 2023.

South Indian Bank:

South Indian Bank Q3 Business Update Gross up 18% at Rs 70,168 cr Vs Rs 59,226 cr (YoY)

  • Total deposit up 3% at Rs 90,714 cr Vs Rs 88,348 cr (YoY)
  • CASA up 9% at Rs 30,699 cr Vs Rs 28,229 cr (YoY)

ONGC‘s offshore drilling rig, Sagar Samrat, has been commissioned as a Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) and will be able to process 20,000 barrels of crude oil per day, with a maximum export gas capacity of 2.36 million cubic meters per day. It is expected to increase ONGC’s oil production by 6000 barrels per day. The first oil from the WO-16 cluster has been processed and dispatched to the onshore terminal.

PSP Projects:

PSP Projects inform that the company has emerged as Lowest Bidder (L1) for a Government project worth INR 1,364.47 Crores (excluding GST) of “Construction of State of the art High Rise Office Building” at Surat, Gujarat for Surat Municipal Corporation.


HFCL Limited bags Purchase Orders aggregating to ~INR 95.38 Crores from Reliance Projects & Property Management Services Limited for supply of Optical Fiber Cables.
