Airtel CEO Ajay Chitkara Resigns, Bharti Airtel Announces Leadership Changes
In a recent development, Bharti Airtel, a leading telecommunications company, has announced the resignation of Ajay Chitkara, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Airtel Business. Chitkara will continue to lead the company until the third week of August 2023.
As a result, Bharti Airtel will reorganize its operations into three distinct business and channel segments. The global business segment will be headed by Vani Venkatesh, while Ganesh Lakshminarayanan will lead the domestic business segment. Ashish Arora will take charge of Nxtra Data Centers. These changes were disclosed by Airtel in a regulatory filing.
