“Ambuja Resources Limited” has been established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ambuja Cements Ltd on January 5, 2023.
According to a regulatory filing, Ambuja Cements has incorporated a new company called “AMBUJA RESOURCES LIMITED” for the purpose of operating ships. The company has acquired 100% of the shareholding in this new venture at a cost of ₹ 1 crore.
As of the last trading session on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the share price of Ambuja Cements Limited was ₹ 525.05, a slight increase from the previous closing price of ₹ 518.80. During the day, a total of 99,840 shares were traded in over 2,532 transactions.
