Bharat Electronics, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence in India, is set to declare the second interim dividend for FY 2022-2023. The Board of Directors announced the record date as March 25, 2023, in compliance with Regulation 42(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. BEL has previously announced an equity dividend of 450.00% at a face value of ₹1, or ₹4.5 per share, generating a dividend yield of 4.85%.

In January 2023, the company declared the first interim dividend for FY 22-23 at 60%, or Rs. 0.60 per share. The record date was set as February 10, 2023. According to data from Trendlyne, BEL has issued 46 dividends since August 27, 2001, and announced an equity dividend of ₹3.60 per share in the last 12 months.
