Founded on February 12, 2004, DelaPlex Limited is a subsidiary of delaPlex INC., a U.S.-based company that owns 51% of its shares. Our mission is to assist clients in achieving growth, revenue, and marketplace value by offering technology and software development solutions, along with consulting services.

We specialize in various tech solutions, including software-defined data centers, integrated infrastructure, cloud computing, DevOps, security solutions, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Our dedicated test engineers are ISTQB Gold certified, and our information security management system holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. Additionally, we adhere to ISO 9001:2015 requirements for our Quality Management System.

Headquartered in Nagpur, we also have a presence in Pune, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. We provide services not only in India but also in the USA and Dubai (UAE).

As of September 30, 2023, our revenue from operations for the financial year ended 2023 was ₹2,337.75 Lakhs, with ₹4,283.60 Lakhs, ₹4,014.73 Lakhs, and ₹3,214.45 Lakhs derived from sales outside of India in the years 2022, 2021, and Fiscal 2021, respectively.

As of September 30th, 2023, our team consists of a total of 300 personnel, including 286 employees on our payroll and 14 contractors responsible for day-to-day business operations, administration, secretarial, legal, and accounting functions based on their designated duties.
