It is one of the select few companies in India that specializes in developing and supplying system-level transfer cases, torque couplers, and dual-clutch automatic transmission solutions for the automotive industry.

Divgi TorqTransfer is a prominent supplier of transfer case systems to automotive OEMs in India and the largest provider of these systems to passenger vehicle manufacturers in the country. Moreover, it is the sole manufacturer of torque couplers in India and the exclusive company producing and exporting transfer cases to global OEMs from India.

Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited manufactures and supplies products in several categories, including:

• Torque transfer systems, which consist of four-wheel-drive (“4WD”) and all-wheel-drive (“AWD”) products.
• Synchronizer systems for manual transmissions and dual-clutch transmissions (“DCT”).
• Components for the aforementioned product categories for torque transfer systems and synchronizer systems in manual transmission, DCT, and electric vehicles (“EVs”).
