Ex-Dividend trading alert: SBI Cards, Angel One among 8 stocks this week

This week, several companies listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange will trade ex-dividend, including Hindustan Zinc, SBI Cards, Brand Concepts, Angel One, Crisil, Dwarikesh Sugar Industries, Indraprastha Gas, and Power Finance Corporation. Of these, Hindustan Zinc, SBI Cards and Payment Services, and Brand Concepts will trade ex-dividend on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Hindustan Zinc, with a market capitalization of Rs 1,36,541 crore, is India’s only integrated Zinc-Lead-Silver producer. The company will trade ex-dividend on Wednesday with an interim dividend of Rs 26 per share, which amounts to 1300% of face value. On Friday, shares of Hindustan Zinc rose by 0.9% to Rs 323.15 apiece on the BSE.

SBI Cards and Payment Services, a leading credit card and payment provider in India, has a market capitalization of Rs 68,400 crore. The company has announced an interim dividend of Rs 2.5 per share, and its shares gained 0.3% to Rs 723 apiece on the BSE in Friday’s trade.

Brand Concepts has declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10. Shares of Brand Concepts declined by 2.5% to Rs 213.3 apiece in Friday’s trade on BSE. With a market capitalization of Rs 226 crore, it is a relatively small-cap firm.

Angel One, Crisil, Dwarikesh Sugar Industries, Indraprastha Gas, and Power Finance Corporation will trade ex-dividend on Friday, March 31, 2023. Angel One will trade ex-dividend on Friday with an interim dividend of Rs 9.6 per share. Shares of Angel One fell by 4.1% to Rs 1,134.1 apiece in Friday’s trade on BSE. The company has a market capitalization of Rs 9,461 crore.

Crisil, with a market cap of Rs 22,199 crore, is an Indian analytical company that provides ratings, research, and risk and policy advisory services. The company will pay a final dividend of Rs 23 per equity share. Shares of Crisil fell by 2.6% to Rs 3,038 apiece in Friday’s trade on BSE.

Dwarikesh Sugar Industries will pay an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share. Shares of Dwarikesh Sugar declined by 2.1% to Rs 83.9 apiece in Friday’s trade on BSE. It is a small-cap firm with a market capitalization of Rs 1,580 crore.

Indraprastha Gas will pay an interim dividend of Rs 10 per share. Shares of Indraprastha Gas fell by 1.6% to Rs 432 apiece in Friday’s trade on BSE. Meanwhile, Power Finance Corporation will pay an interim dividend of Rs 10 per share. Its shares declined by 2.9% in Friday’s trade on BSE.
