Quarter-on-Quarter Basis Results (Q2 FY2024):

HUL shared its Q2 results on Thursday. They earned 15,806 crores in revenue this quarter, but that’s more than the 15,253 crores they made last quarter. The company’s growth increased by 3.63 percent when comparing the two quarters.

In terms of profits, the company’s PAT (Profit After Tax) for this quarter was 2,656 crores, down from 2,665 crores in the previous quarter. Their quarter-to-quarter growth decreased by 0.34 percent.

The company’s EPS (Earnings Per Share) this quarter is ₹11.30, which is a decrease of 0.44% from the ₹11.35 EPS in the previous quarter.

Year-over-Year Basis Results (Q2 FY2024):

The company made a total revenue of 15,806 crores this year (2023), which is 0.81 percent higher than last year’s total revenue of 15,679 crores.

This year’s PAT (Profit After Tax) is 2,656 crores, which is also 3.99% higher than last year’s PAT of 2,554 crores.

The EPS (Earnings Per Share) for this year is ₹11.39, which is 4.78% more than the EPS of ₹10.87 earned last year.

Year-over-Year Basis Results (Half Year Ended FY2024):

In the first half of 2023, the company generated a total revenue of 31,485 crores, marking a 4.92% increase compared to the previous year’s 30,010 crores.

The PAT (Profit After Tax) for this half-year stands at 5,210 crores, showing a 3.25% growth over the previous year’s 5,046 crores.

The EPS (Earnings Per Share) for this half-year is ₹22.17, representing a 3.21% increase from the previous half-year’s EPS of ₹21.48.

HUL Share Dividend Announcement / Record Date:

The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of ₹18 per Equity Share of Face Value of ₹01 each for the financial year ending 31st March 2024.
