IND Renewable Energy Fundraising Proposal Approval:
IND Renewable Energy, previously known as Vakharia Power Infrastructure, has given the green light to a fundraising proposal. The Board of Directors approved the proposal during their meeting on March 22, 2023, and has agreed to raise up to Rs. 15,00,00,000 by issuing shares on a preference basis or through a right issue.
The terms and mode of the issue are yet to be decided and will be announced by the Board at a later stage. This move is expected to help the company in its efforts to expand its renewable energy business.
