Established in 1998, India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited focuses on helping people with their housing needs. We provide loans for building, expanding, renovating, or buying new homes or plots. Additionally, we offer loans against property (LAP).
Our loan amounts range from Rs. 5 Lakhs to Rs. 50 Lakhs, and you can choose a repayment period of up to 20 years. As of November 30, 2023, we’ve disbursed over Rs. 5500 Crores in loans, assisting families in owning, expanding, or enhancing their homes.
With a presence in 15 states, including Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Gujarat, our network spans 183 branches. Our branches have grown from 115 in March 2021 to 130 in March 2022, and further to 183 in March 2023.
As of March 31, 2023, our in-house team comprises over 300 collection officers. In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we’ve introduced iServe, a dedicated customer service application that addresses the queries and concerns of our existing customers promptly online.
Notably, as of March 31, 2023, 97.5% of our borrowers include one or more women, and 71.3% of our customers are first-time home loan takers.
