Founded in September 1985, Juniper Hotels Limited is a company that specializes in developing and owning luxury hotels. Currently, the company manages seven hotels and serviced apartments, providing a total of 1,836 rooms as of September 30, 2023.
Juniper Hotels has established itself as a key player in the luxury, upper upscale, and upscale hotel categories in cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Raipur, and Hampi. Notably, the Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences holds the title of India’s largest luxury hotel, while Hyatt Regency Lucknow and Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad are the leading upper upscale hotels in their respective markets. Furthermore, Hyatt Raipur stands as the sole upper upscale hotel in Raipur.
The company is a collaborative venture between Saraf Hotels Ltd and Two Seas Holdings Ltd, an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, creating a strategic partnership between a hotel developer and an international hospitality company.
Juniper Hotels has received various awards, such as the “Best Luxury Business Hotel in Delhi” at the 2022 Today’s Traveller Awards for Andaz Delhi and the “Best 5 Star Hotel in Gujarat” at the 2022 Gujarat Tourism Awards for Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad.
In terms of financial performance, the company experienced substantial growth, with revenue from operations increasing from ₹1,663.51 million in Fiscal 2021 to ₹3,086.89 million in Fiscal 2022 and reaching ₹6,668.54 million in Fiscal 2023.
As of September 30, 2023, Juniper Hotels manages 116 serviced apartments in Grand Hyatt Mumbai and 129 serviced apartments in Hyatt Delhi.
The company boasts a dedicated team, with a total of 1,631 permanent employees as of September 30, 2023. Additionally, the CHPL Group, with a total of 362 permanent employees, contributes to a combined workforce of 1,993 employees.
