Kabra Extrusiontechnik has recently completed its acquisition of Kolsite Energy Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs.10,000/- on March 8, 2023. The acquisition will pave the way for a new manufacturing plant in North India dedicated to producing Lithium-ion battery packs.
