Established in 2010, Megatherm Induction Limited specializes in creating induction heating and melting solutions using electrical induction technology. Our products include induction melting furnaces and heating equipment. Megatherm Induction operates as a subsidiary of Megatherm Electronics Private Limited.

We design and manufacture a range of equipment for steelworks, including transformers, ladle refining furnaces, continuous casting machines, and fume extraction systems. Additionally, we provide electric arc furnaces tailored for the alloy and special steel industry.

For steel plants, we offer comprehensive turnkey solutions covering planning, engineering, delivery, assembly, and commissioning. Our services extend to customer support, offering maintenance contracts and spare parts.

Megatherm’s primary markets include secondary steel producers, primary steel producers, automotive suppliers, ordnance factories, railroads, DI pipe manufacturers, and various engineering industries involved in casting, forging, and metal processing.

Our manufacturing unit, located in Kharagpur, has a production capacity of approximately 300 furnaces and transformers as of March 31, 2023. We proudly export our products to South America, Africa, the Gulf region, Europe, SAARC, and Southeast Asia.

As of July 31, 2023, Megatherm Induction boasts a dedicated team of 285 permanent employees.
