Ondoor Concepts started in December 2014 as an online store for groceries and household essentials. In January 2015, they opened their first store in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. As of March 31, 2023, the company has 55 stores in various cities in Madhya Pradesh. They own and run 17 of these stores, while the other 38 are operated by franchisees.
The company sells products in three main categories:
- Food, which includes groceries, fruits, vegetables, beverages, dairy products, and sweets.
- FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), which covers personal care, toiletries, and other everyday items.
- General merchandise, like kitchenware, plastic products, and daily necessities.
