The PKH Ventures IPO commenced on June 30, 2023, and concluded on July 04, 2023. The allotment of shares took place on July 07, 2023, and the initiation of refunds began on July 10, 2023. The shares were credited to the demat accounts of investors on July 11, 2023. Finally, the listing of PKH Ventures on the stock exchange occurred on July 12, 2023.
The PKH Ventures IPO was priced at ₹140 to ₹148 per share, with a lot size of 100. The total issue size was ₹379 crores, comprising a fresh issue of ₹270.22 crores and an offer for sale of ₹109.13 crores. The IPO was listed on both the NSE and BSE.
In terms of quota reservations, the QIB (Qualified Institutional Buyers) quota was reserved for 50% of the shares, the NII (Non-Institutional Investors) quota was reserved for 15% of the shares, and the retail quota was reserved for 35% of the shares.

PKH Ventures Limited, established in 2000, does different kinds of work. They build things, manage hotels, and provide services.
One part of PKH Ventures builds buildings for other companies. They recently finished building the Delhi Police Headquarters. It has two tall towers made of glass and connected by a steel bridge. They also have more projects coming up, like building houses in Amritsar, making a food park in Jalore, creating cold storage buildings in Indore, and building a wellness center and resort in Chiplun.
Another part of PKH Ventures is in the hotel business. They own and run hotels, restaurants, and spas. They also sell food products. They provide services like plumbing and electricity for their own projects and for other companies too. They have two hotels in Mumbai called Golden Chariot Hotel & Spa and Golden Chariot, The Boutique Hotel near the airport. They have been running these hotels since 2015.
PKH Ventures also got two projects from the government. They are working on the Hydro Power Project and the Nagpur Project with their other companies and special groups they made just for those projects.
