Established in 1997, Pyramid Technoplast Limited is a company specializing in the production of polymer-based molded products, particularly Polymer Drums. These products are primarily utilized by chemical, agrochemical, specialty chemical, and pharmaceutical firms for their packaging needs.
The company’s range includes bulk packaging drums and Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) made from polymers, along with MS Drums designed for packaging and transporting chemicals, agrochemicals, and specialty chemicals.
Pyramid Technoplast commenced its commercial operations in 1998. Currently, it operates across six manufacturing units, with four located in Bharuch, GIDC, Gujarat, and two in Silvassa, UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Their Polymer Drum production capacity is 20,612 MTPA, IBC manufacturing capacity is 12,820 MTPA, and MS Drum manufacturing capacity is 6,200 MTPA. Additionally, the company is underway in constructing its seventh manufacturing facility, situated in Bharuch, GIDC, Gujarat.
The company has secured UN certification in accordance with the United Nations Recommendation for IBC and MS Drums, ensuring adherence to safety standards. The manufacturing units hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, signifying compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety management systems for the production of Polymer Drums, carboys, jerry cans, IBC & MS Drums, and related accessories. Notably, their MS Drums align with the quality benchmarks specified by the Bureau of Indian Standards, as outlined in IS 1783:2014 (Part 1 and 2).
