Company’s CFO, Shri Alok Agarwal, to Assume Senior Advisor Role
After 30 years of distinguished service, Shri Alok Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, will take on a new role as Senior Advisor to the Chairman and Managing Director. Effective June 1, 2023, Shri Agarwal will assist the Chairman and Managing Director with a broad range of strategic issues.
Throughout his career, Shri Agarwal has established himself as an accomplished finance professional, and his appointment as CFO in 2005 was a testament to his skills and expertise. The Board of Directors has recognized Shri Agarwal’s contribution to the transformative journey of the Company.
At a meeting held on March 24, 2023, the Board of Directors designated Shri Srikanth Venkatachari, who has been serving as Joint CFO since 2011, as the new CFO of the Company, effective June 1, 2023. This decision was made based on the recommendation of the Human Resources, Nomination, and Remuneration Committee.
