SAMHI Hotels Limited, founded in 2010, is a leading player in the Indian hotel industry. They own and manage branded hotels across the country.
As of March 31, 2023, SAMHI Hotels boasts a collection of 31 operating hotels with a total of 4,801 rooms in major Indian cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, the National Capital Region (NCR), Pune, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. Additionally, they have two more hotels under construction, set to add 461 rooms to their portfolio in Kolkata and Navi Mumbai.
In an exciting development on August 10, 2023, SAMHI Hotels acquired Asiya Capital and its associated SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles), known as ACIC SSPA. This acquisition brought an additional 962 rooms across six operational hotels and included land for a forthcoming hotel in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
SAMHI’s hotels operate under prestigious brands like Courtyard by Marriott, Sheraton, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Place, Fairfield by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, and Holiday Inn Express. This not only enhances the guest experience but also grants their hotels access to loyalty programs, expert management, industry best practices, online reservation systems, and effective marketing strategies from these renowned hotel operators.
