The Board of Directors of Saregama India Ltd has approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs.3 per equity share (300% of the face value of Re.1 each) for shareholders whose names appear in the company’s register or as beneficial owners (as reported by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited) as of close of business on Thursday, February 2nd, 2023, which is the record date for determining eligibility to receive the interim dividend.
