Signatureglobal (India) Limited, established in 2000, is a real estate development company that focuses on providing affordable and mid-range housing options in the National Capital Region of Delhi (commonly known as Delhi NCR).
The company’s journey began with the Solera project, spanning 6.13 acres of land in Gurugram, Haryana. Since then, Signatureglobal (India) has experienced significant growth. As of March 2023, they had successfully sold 27,965 residential and commercial units, all situated within the Delhi NCR region. Their sales have also shown impressive growth, with a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 42.46%, increasing from Rs. 16,902.74 million in Fiscal 2021 to Rs. 34,305.84 million in Fiscal 2023.
Signatureglobal (India) Limited places a strong emphasis on aligning with government policies, such as the Affordable Housing Policy of 2013, the Affordable Plotted Housing Policy, and the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY – APHP).
