Tata Communications plans ₹1,750 Cr raise through 3-Year NCDs

Tata Communications Q1 results show revenue up from 4630.45 crores to 4959.99 crores, a 7.12% increase in growth. EPS rise from ₹11.44 to ₹13.39, up by 17.05%.

Tata Communications shared its Q1 results on Wednesday. They earned 4959.99 crores in revenue this quarter, but that’s more than the 4630.45 crores they made last quarter. The company’s growth increased by 7.12 percent when comparing the two quarters.

In terms of profits, the company’s PAT (Profit After Tax) for this quarter was 381.69 crores, up from 326.03 crores in the previous quarter. Their quarter-to-quarter growth increased by 17.07 percent.

The company’s EPS (Earnings Per Share) this quarter is ₹13.39, which is an increase of 17.05% from the ₹11.44 EPS in the previous quarter.

Now, Let’s Analyze the Results on a Year-over-Year Basis:

The company made a total revenue of 4959.99 crores this year (2023), which is 9.14 percent higher than last year’s total revenue of 4544.51 crores.

This year’s PAT (Profit After Tax) is 381.69 crores, which is also -29.81% lower than last year’s PAT of 543.76 crores.

The EPS (Earnings Per Share) for this year is ₹13.39, which is -29.82% less than the EPS of ₹19.08 earned last year.
