Vedanta interim dividend Approval FY23
Vedanta is set to consider and approve an interim dividend during its board meeting today. In compliance with Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, Vedanta Ltd has notified the Indian bourses about the proposed board meeting on March 28th, 2023. The meeting will consider and approve the fifth interim dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2022-23. Vedanta’s communication also stated that the meeting will be held to inform and update the board on the company’s operational and financial performance. The announcement follows Vedanta’s successful declaration of four interim dividends in FY23, with a net interim dividend of ₹81 per share.
