Yatharth Hospital Raises Rs 206 Crore via Anchor Book Before IPO

The renowned Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services in Noida was able to successfully raise Rs 205.96 crore through an anchor book on 25 July, shortly before the eagerly awaited start of its initial public offering.

18 anchor investors received 68,65,506 equity shares from the business at an alluring issue price of Rs 300 per share, according to the official filing made to markets.

Leading companies like ICICI Prudential, Nippon Life, HDFC Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Trustee, Bandhan Mutual Fund, HSBC Global Investment Funds, SBI Life Insurance, Troo Capital, Carnelian Capital, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Goldman Sachs, Max Life Insurance, Kotak Mahindra Life, and Jupiter India Fund were among the esteemed participants in the anchor book.

Along with an outstanding multi-specialty hospital in Madhya Pradesh, Yatharth Hospital runs three cutting-edge super-specialty hospitals in Delhi-NCR. From July 26 to July 28, the much anticipated public offering will be available for subscription, with an alluring price range of Rs 285 to 300 per share.

The hospital chain’s initial public offering (IPO) involves a fresh issuance of Rs 490 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 65.51 lakh equity shares by respected promoters Vimla Tyagi, Prem Narayan Tyagi, and Neena Tyagi, with a goal to earn Rs 686.55 crore at the top price band through the public issue.

The proceeds from the new issuance will be carefully used to pay off debts, fund hospital capital projects, and support plans for inorganic expansion.

It is important to note that 15% of the IPO offer has been set aside for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), 35% for retail investors, and 50% has been allocated solely for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs).
