Yudiz Solutions Ltd, an enterprise technology company specializing in blockchain, AI, and gaming, has received the green light from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for its SME IPO (initial public offering) targeting small and medium enterprises.
Following this approval, Yudiz Solutions intends to invest approximately Rs 80 million to establish a state-of-the-art gaming studio and a multi-gaming platform. The primary goal of the game studio is to develop more than 40 high-quality games annually.
A milestone achievement
Yudiz Solutions, renowned for its app development expertise, is now poised to become the first publicly listed game developer with its own publishing platform.
The newly established Yudiz game studio will concentrate on creating exceptional games that cater to multiple platforms. Noteworthy games already produced by the company include Little Singham Cricket and Ballz, among others.
Furthermore, the company plans to develop games for other publishers while also opening its new publishing platform to allow other developers to showcase their games.

In the fiscal year 2022-2023, Yudiz Solutions achieved a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 2.75 crore. With the recently approved draft red herring prospectus (DRHP), the company plans to launch a public issue comprising 27,17,600 fresh equity shares.
