Airtel 5G Plus service is now available in Indore

Bharti Airtel, a leading telecommunications provider in India, has announced the launch of its advanced 5G service in Indore.

Airtel’s 5G Plus service will be gradually made available to customers as the company continues to expand its network and complete the rollout. Customers with 5G-enabled devices will be able to access the high-speed Airtel 5G Plus network at no extra cost until the service becomes more widely available. Currently, the service is operational in certain areas of Indore, including Vijay Nagar, Rasoma chowk, Bombay Hospital Square, Radisson Square, Khajrana, Sadar Bazaar, Gita Bhawan, Panchsheel Nagar, Abhinandan Nagar, Patrakar Colony, Yeshwant Road, and the Phoenix Citadel mall. Airtel will continue to expand its network coverage across the city over time.

Sujay Chakrabarti, CEO of Bharti Airtel for Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, commented on the launch of Airtel 5G Plus in Indore, saying, ‘We are excited to introduce Airtel 5G Plus in Indore, which will allow customers to experience ultrafast network speeds up to 20-30 times faster than current 4G speeds. Our goal is to provide coverage to the entire city, enabling customers to enjoy high-definition video streaming, gaming, multi-chatting, and instant photo uploading at superfast speeds.’

The launch of Airtel 5G Plus will enhance the full range of services offered by Airtel and provide superfast access to high-definition video streaming, gaming, multi-chatting, and instant photo uploading. This launch will give a boost to India’s economic growth as Airtel 5G Plus transforms industries such as education, healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, mobility, and logistics.

Over the past year, Airtel has showcased the potential of 5G through various innovative use cases that will transform how we live and conduct business. Airtel has been a leader in 5G innovation in India, launching the country’s first live 5G network in Hyderabad, the first 5G-powered hologram, the first recreation of a historic sports match using 5G, the first 5G-connected ambulance, and the first private 5G network in partnership with Bosch for improved manufacturing efficiency.

Bharti Airtel Limited’s shares were last trading on the BSE at ₹813.60, up from the previous close of ₹ 806.70. During the day, a total of 61,448 shares were traded in over 3,512 transactions.

The stock reached an intraday high of ₹ 816.00 and an intraday low of ₹ 806.00. The total value of shares traded during the day was ₹ 499,339,800.00.
