Innova Captab Limited IPO Details:
Innova Captab Limited started in January 2005 as a pharmaceutical company. We do three main things. First, we help Indian pharmaceutical companies by developing and making medicines for them. Second, we sell our own branded medicines in India. And third, we also sell our branded medicines in other countries.
We make all sorts of medicines like tablets, capsules, syrups, injections, ointments, and liquids.
In the year 2023 and the three months until June 30, 2023, we made and sold over 600 different kinds of generic medicines. We sold them in India through about 5,000 distributors and stockists and more than 150,000 pharmacies. We also sent our medicines to 20 countries in the whole year and 16 countries by the end of June 30, 2023.
By October 31, 2023, we had 29 scientists and engineers working in our lab. Our manufacturing place is in Buddi, Haryana.
We work with companies like Cipla, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Wockhardt, Corona Remedies, Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Lupin, Medley Pharmaceuticals, Eris Healthcare, Zuventus Healthcare, Ajanta Pharma, Mankind Pharma, and others.
As of October 31, 2023, we have 200 active product registrations and 20 more waiting for renewal from international authorities. Also, we’re working on getting 218 new registrations approved internationally.
