JSW Steel sees 17% growth in Q3 output, reaching 6.24 MT, report says

On Monday, JSW Steel announced that their combined crude steel production increased 17% to 6.24 million metric tons in the October-December period of 2022-23. This is a significant increase from the 5.35 million metric tons produced in the same quarter the previous year, according to a statement from the company.

JSW Steel reported that its combined crude steel production for Q3 of the fiscal year 2023 was 6.24 million metric tons, representing a 17% year-over-year increase. This production includes output from entities that the company controls jointly, the company stated.

JSW Steel’s combined production for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2023 included output from Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd (BPSL), JSW Ispat Special Products Ltd (JISPL), and the offshore entity JSW Steel USA Ohio, according to the company. These entities are jointly controlled by JSW Steel.
